Crisis Support
CAPITAL is not a crisis support charity.
A crisis is any situation in which you feel you need urgent help.
If you are feeling suicidal or having thoughts about harming yourself, talk to someone you trust, they may be able to offer support and help keep you safe. If you feel that someone you know might be suicidal, ask them.
