Our Journey to Excellence Award - From Cranfield Trust J2E
We’re proud to share that CAPITAL has recently completed the Cranfield Trust Journey to Excellence (J2E) consultancy programme, marking an important milestone in our commitment to continuous improvement.
The Journey to Excellence is an assessment and development process designed specifically for non-profit organisations. Going through this gave us the opportunity to take an honest look at how we work, reflect on our strengths, and identify where we could grow further – something that felt especially important during what has been a turbulent period for CAPITAL.
With the support of the Cranfield Trust, we were able to strengthen our leadership and overall direction. This helped us to navigate uncertainty while keeping our mission firmly in focus.
As a result, our overall organisational performance improved by 23%, with particularly strong progress in leadership and strategic direction.
This improvement reflects the dedicated work of our CEO, business development manager, trustees, staff, volunteers and team plus the positive impact of having the right support at the right time.
We’re delighted to have received the Journey to Excellence badge as a recognition of this work, and we’re grateful to the Cranfield Trust. We look forward to building on what we’ve learned as we continue striving to be the best organisation we can be.
