Co-Production Conference 'Back to the Future' 11th February 2026
We’re excited to share that the fourth and final Co-Production Conference ‘Back to the Future’ is going ahead on February 11th in Brighton, in collaboration with SPFT, Possability People and Changing Futures Sussex.
The ‘Back to the Future’ theme will look at how we move forward and celebrate what’s worked well in the last year with all things co-production; with an exciting key aim of designing a Co-production charter for Sussex on the day.

The day will celebrate collaboration and creativity – Duncan (CAPITAL CEO) and Tasha (Possability People) will be presenting the awards and highlighting the wonderful co-productive work across Sussex.
With 170 attendees, this shows just how much appetite there is across Sussex to work differently – bringing lived and learned experience together to shape what co-production should look like as we move into 2026 and beyond.
